These Terms of Service govern your use of Strux 2.00.00 ("the Software"), a desktop application for structural beam design developed and sold by Galper Softwares ("we", "us", "our"), based in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Strux 2.00.00 on five (5) personal computer. This license covers all updates within the 2.x version line. The license is for your personal or professional use and may not be sublicensed, rented, leased, or lent to third parties.
Each purchase generates a unique license key for activation on a single device. Sharing, publishing, or distributing your license key is prohibited and may result in deactivation of the license without refund.
The Software, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Galper Softwares. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Strux is a tool to assist structural engineers in beam design calculations. The Software follows the NTC-Concreto 2023 and NTC-Acero 2023 building codes of Mexico City. However, all engineering designs must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional engineer. Galper Softwares is not liable for any structural design decisions made using the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of calculations. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Galper Softwares be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Software.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
