We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Strux 2.00.00 does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to contacto.strux@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Conditions

Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software from your computer. Continued use of the Software after a refund has been issued is a violation of our Terms of Service.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund if the Software has a critical defect that prevents its intended use and cannot be resolved through a software update.
